Ótima experiência
Quarto superior espaçoso e arejado. Várias opções de bares e piscinas. Variedade e qualidade das comidas e bebidas. Da hamburgueria, da pizzaria e dos sorvetes e açaí. Disponibilidade de balança para pesar as malas no checkout. O passeio de canoa havaiana é um diferencial. Os shows foram bons, mas o palco poderia ser melhor localizado. Práticas ESG são excelentes. Poderia ter locais para depositar os itens reutilizáveis, facilitando o trabalho da equipe e liberação das mesas.
Algumas opções do jantar temático no Park lounge não variam muito do cardápio do restaurante central, em 2 noites (risoto e massas). O destaque do almoço da praia é a feijoada, nos outros dias é mais simples. É necessário um cuidado maior em relação aos mosquitos durante as refeições e também a manutenção do aquecimento de alguns itens. Esteiras na praia muito próximas umas das outras e só montam o guarda-sol a partir das 09h. Horários das atividades para adultos começam muito tarde (10h), quando o Sol já está bem forte, inclusive na piscina central os recreadores ficam expostos ao Sol diretamente, sendo necessário instalar uma cabine de proteção ou outra solução. Esperávamos mais da reserva do restaurante Gino, mas fora o atendimento, que foi excepcional, não foi surpreendente. Faltou chopp Brahma durante toda a estadia.

Férias maravilhosas.
Tudo ótimo, localização do quarto próximo de tudo.
A porta da frente fechadura com problema e janela banheiro não abria, hóspedes quarto superior muito barulho e tarde da noite.

Fantástica
O complexo é fantástico. Ótima estrutura na praia com restaurante, guarda-sóis e atendimento atencioso. Restaurante central no complexo com variedade e diversidade. Pizzaria, Hamburgueria, café da tarde, sorveteria, vários pontos de bebidas no complexo, restaurante estilo francês na praia que funciona a noite, Gino, é possível ir uma vez dentro do pacote durante a estadia. Shows noturnos ao ar livre com música variada, mas principalmente música brasileira de qualidade. Quadras de vôlei e beach tênis na beira da praia e dentro do Resort. Percebi diversas atividades para as crianças com os recreacionistas, embora não estivesse com crianças. Nota 10 para a equipe de recreação, atividades na piscina e nas quadras de esportes. Nessa época em que fomos, Janeiro de 2025, havia música ao vivo na praia. Ficamos muito impressionados com a qualidade e o repertório da BANDA LP, que tranquilamente poderia substituir a Banda de Rock que tocou a noite no Resort, sem demérito para a banda. Indicado para todas as idades, mas o foco é para famílias e para pessoas acime de 40 anos.
O único ponto desfavorável foi o desconforto das camas, é lógico que é um tema muito pessoal, mas as camas eram tipo Queen e os colchões muito duros para o meu gosto. Fica uma sugestão de reavaliar colchões e futuramente colocar camas King.
